Guidelines for Clients
Please arrive at your appointment on time.
Request the service you would like, or speak to the salon manager if you are unsure.
Please inform us if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
Pricing of services, products and other charges are displayed on the salon Price List.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable after the expiry date.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Lost, misplaced, or stolen Gift Cards & Vouchers are not valid, refundable or replaceable.
If your nails become scratched or misshapen, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
An re-do appointment must be arranged within 7 days of your initial appointment.
We offer complimentary minor fixes, provided you tell us immediately of a service you are not happy with.
We are not responsible for breaking, lifting, or infected nails.
Charges will apply for repairs or replacements.
Refills over the maximum 2-3 weeks will be booked as a maintenance appointment and will be charged accordingly.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or credits if you have simply changed your mind.

Complaints & Concerns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services , please inform us immediately.
For all complaints please contact the store manager where you received your service.
If you have any concerns regarding any infection, abnormal reactions, or condition regarding your nails, please inform the salon manager immediately.
